dcodia.com and WorkTre (worktre.com) are owned and operated by Naveed Zulfiqar, trading as Dcodia, a sole proprietorship based in Lahore, Pakistan. Contact: hello@dcodia.com.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our websites, products and services. This page is published by Dcodia (a sole proprietorship of Naveed Zulfiqar), Lahore, Pakistan ("Dcodia", "we", "us"), and applies to dcodia.com and WorkTre. Questions: hello@dcodia.com.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using our websites, creating an account, or buying a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you use our services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Our product
Dcodia provides WorkTre, a self-serve software-as-a-service product for workforce management (attendance, time tracking, shifts, payroll and optional employer-enabled screenshots), sold as monthly or annual subscriptions on worktre.com. Any custom project work is arranged and invoiced separately under a written agreement; it is not sold on our websites or through Paddle. Product features may change over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during its current billing period.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must not use our products to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or malware, attempt to access systems or data without permission, or interfere with the service or other customers. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
4. Fees, payments and taxes
Prices are shown on worktre.com and at checkout. Our order process for WorkTre subscriptions placed through Paddle checkout is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders, handles billing, invoices and applicable sales tax/VAT, and provides customer service inquiries and returns for them. Payments in PKR are processed by Safepay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
Dcodia keeps ownership of its products (including WorkTre), its pre-existing code, tools and know-how, and grants you a licence to use any such components included in your deliverables. Subscriptions give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product during your subscription; you keep ownership of the data you put into it.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business and technical information confidential, use it only for providing or using the service, and protect it with reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed or required to be disclosed by law.
7. Warranties and limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Our products and services are provided "as is" without other warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breach of these terms or non-payment.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version; material changes will be notified by email or in the product before they take effect.
