This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it. This page is published by Dcodia (a sole proprietorship of Naveed Zulfiqar), Lahore, Pakistan ("Dcodia", "we", "us"), and applies to dcodia.com and WorkTre. Questions: hello@dcodia.com.
1. Information we collect
Contact details you send us (name, email, phone, company); account data for our products (name, email, role, and the workforce data you upload); usage and device data such as IP address, browser and pages visited; and payment data. Card and payment details are handled directly by Paddle or Safepay; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use information
To provide and support our services and products, respond to enquiries, send invoices and service messages, keep our systems secure, improve our products, and meet legal obligations. We send marketing email only where permitted, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Sharing with processors
We share data only with service providers that help us run our business, including our hosting providers, Paddle (merchant of record for WorkTre subscription orders placed through Paddle checkout), Safepay (PKR payments) and email providers. They may process data only on our instructions or under their own privacy terms as payment providers. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
4. International transfers
Our providers may store or process data outside Pakistan. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.
5. Data retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 6 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Invoices and payment records are kept for up to 6 years, as Pakistani tax and accounting law requires. Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular backups to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers without undue delay if a breach puts their data at risk.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to certain uses, by emailing hello@dcodia.com. We respond within 30 days. If you use our products as an employee of one of our customers, your employer controls that data and we will pass your request to them.
8. Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies and basic analytics. Our products use cookies needed to keep you signed in. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may not work.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and we will notify customers of material changes.
